Nightmare

It was like what you hear about suicides. An intern struggle between the mind and the body. I tried to stay calm and think of other things, tried to caress my thoughts, but every veil in my body knew that at the same time outside the most horrible and frightening series of events I could think of were actually taking place. The body started to shake and tremble, and it was not much later that the limbs were making uncontrollable movements. My head shook as to say “No”. It was obvious that my body screamed it wanted to get out of here, away from this terrifying situation. It panicked. The mind knew there was no escaping, and there was nothing else to do than to just wait and see what would happen next, and suffer.
